To contact our Member Experience Support team, submit a request through our Help Center, via the Tradeblock app.
- On your account settings, click on where it says "Help Center".
- Next, click on where it says "Contact us" and you will be redirected to another page.
- Click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen and a "Submit a request" button will appear where all inquiries can be submitted.
- Another option is to click on the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen which will activate our Tradeblock Bot. It will prompt you to get in touch and you will be able to submit a ticket by leaving a message.
*If you have an active Tradeblock account, you are able to sign into our help center to easily view the status and stay up to date with your request by clicking on "My activities".
When contacting Support regarding your account or trade, please be sure to include the information below so that we can better assist you:
- Use the email associated with your Tradeblock account.
- Include the trade number and/or a screenshot of the trade showing the shoes and trade number.
We will be replying to emails between 8 am and 5 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
