To contact our Member Experience Support team, submit a request through our Help Center, via the Tradeblock app.
- On your account settings, click on where it says "Help Center".
- Next, click on where it says "Contact us".
- A "Submit a request" form will appear where all inquiries can be submitted.
If you have an active Tradeblock account, you are able to sign into our help center to easily view the status and stay up to date with your request.
We will be replying to emails between 8 am and 5 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
