Upon acceptance of an offer, all shoes included in a trade should be shipped within 72 hours.
Please DO NOT create or accept any trades if the reasons below apply:
- You cannot ship because you are going, or will be on vacation during your shipping window.
- You do not have the shoes in hand.
In the event that an unforeseen circumstance occurs, you are able to request an extension via the help center, granted the request is submitted prior to the expiration of your shipping window. Please include an explanation with your request and our team will get back to you once it has been reviewed.
