Forgot your password? No worries, we’ve all done that.
To reset your password, find where it says “Can’t get in?” then click “Reset password”. You will be redirected to another screen where you can input the email address associated with your Tradeblock account. If an account is found associated with the provided email, you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
The login link typically does not take long to reach your email so if you do not receive the link within the hour, that may mean that the email you provided is incorrect and your account may be linked to a different email address.
Also, be sure to check your spam folder for the link.
You will be redirected to the app where you can enter a new password. Once your new password is saved, you will be prompted to log in!
