If you forget to pack any accessories that were supposed to be included with your package and do not want the trade to cancel, you can ship the missing accessories overnight at your own expense to continue with the trade.
Please submit a request to our support team BEFORE your shoes are authenticated and inform them that you are shipping the missing items overnight. Also include the tracking number for the shipment in your request.
We will do our best in assisting but keep in mind that although you can submit a request, we cannot guarantee that the trade will be saved.
