There are two common reasons you may not be able to cash out:
- You have not completed your first trade.
- You might have a restricted bank account.
If your first trade is still in progress- meaning your shoes have not yet been delivered to you, you will not be able to cash out until after the trade is fully completed. Once it is delivered and the app has updated, you should be able to cash out.
With restricted bank accounts, this just means that your bank has an extra security feature in place that only allows you to transfer funds once you have confirmed your identity. If you believe you may have a restricted bank account, feel free to submit an inquiry, HERE. To expedite the process, please include a photo of the front and back of your driver's license in your inquiry. If a driver's license cannot be provided, a photo of your passport or the front and back of a government-issued ID will work as well.
