Need to update your address for an in-progress trade? No worries, we've got you covered! Let's walk through how to do this together.
Before You Begin
- Check Trade Tracking Details: Quick heads-up! You can only update your address if your items have NOT started the authentication process. If any item in your trade is in 'authentication processing' or has already been authenticated, we won't be able to edit the address.
Editing Your Address
- Head over to your Profile and click 'Settings'.
- Find your 'Address Book'.
- Locate the address that matches the address shown on the trade details page and click 'Edit'. It's best to tweak the existing address rather than add a new one for the changes to reflect the in-progress trade.
- Double-check your update! After you've made the edit, take a quick peek at your trade details again. You'll want to see your new address in the 'Deliver to' section.
