Once you have dropped your shoes off at a UPS/USPS facility, please keep the receipt provided by the employee. The app will update the status of your shoes within 2-6 hours after the initial drop-off.
We do not advise waiting until the last day to ship in case the app does not update before your 72 hour window is set to close as this may cause the trade to cancel.
If the status does not update after 6 hours, please reach out to us at support@tradeblock.us and include a picture of your UPS/USPS drop receipt in your email.
