Once you have dropped your shoes off at a UPS facility, please keep the receipt provided by the store employee. The app will update the status of your shoes within 2-6 hours after the initial drop-off.
We do not advise waiting until the last day to ship in case the app does not update before your 72-hour window is set to close as this may cause the order to cancel.
If the status does not update after 6 hours, please submit a request to our support team and include a picture of your UPS/USPS drop receipt in your request.
