The validation process consists of 2 things:
- Quality Control- to make sure there are no flaws, factory defects or issues on the shoes that were not listed in the trade
- Authentication- to make sure the shoes that we are receiving are 100% authentic.
We take authentication extremely seriously at Tradeblock. If your shoe fails our authentication process, any fees will not be refunded as stated in our dispute policy. Hundreds of thousands of sneaker enthusiasts rely on our two-way authentication system to ensure the shoes they are getting are in fact, legitimate. As such, we reserve the right to remove your listings, cancel your transactions, and temporarily or permanently suspend your account if you attempt to send us illegitimate shoes.
Before accepting or creating a trade, thoroughly and carefully inspect your shoes, even if they are brand new and have never been taken out of the box. Note any possible issues or factory defects in your shoe listing as these are referenced during the validation process and will increase the likelihood of the shoes passing with no issues.
