Experiencing a delivery issue? Whether it arrived a little beat up, delivered but missing, or lost, here’s what to do:
If you receive your shoes and/or shoe box with damages, please submit a request to our support team within 72 hours of the shoes being delivered by clicking the link HERE.
We will assist in handling the claim process so you do not need to file a claim yourself- just let us know the details about the damages and we’ll take care of it for you! In your request, please include the following claim requirements:
📸 Photo 1: Snap of the damaged goodies.
📸 Photo 2: Picture of the damaged gems, snuggled in their original box. Show us how they were hanging out inside! (the picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box).
📸 Photo 3: Capture the packaging materials used in the box
📸 Photo 4: Zoom in on that shipping label with the tracking number (usually starting with 1Z).
📸 Photo 5: If it's there, get us a close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (that fancy stamp that tells us about the box's strength). It usually hangs out on a bottom flap.
📸 Photo 6: Two shots showing off all 6 sides of the package. One pic for the top and sides, and another for the bottom and opposite sides.
If you have already started a claim, please provide the claim # if you have one available, in your request as well. Once your request is received, we'll dive into action and help you sort things out.
Delivered but Missing Packages:
You received the delivered notification but your kicks are nowhere to be found. If that is the case, no need to hit the panic button. Take a quick look around to see if your kicks are hiding in any of the areas below.
🏡 Front Porch: Did the delivery person drop off your grail on the front steps?
🏠 Side Door: Sometimes they opt for the side entrance – have a peek there.
🏞️ Back Porch: Backyards provide a little more privacy, check there.
🚗 Garage Area: Could they be hanging out in the garage?
Give these areas a quick scan. If you still cannot locate your package, please submit a request HERE so that we can assist you with filing a claim.
If your package appears to be taking a little longer than anticipated and the delivery information has not updated or shown any movement after 8 days of when it was initially shipped to/from us, please submit a request to our support team so that we can file a claim HERE. If your package was on its way to us, please include the drop-off receipt.
