If you still can’t find the shoe after looking up the SKU #/style code, check to see if it is supported on our app as only certain sizes and brands are available.
Size
At this time, our app only supports sizes 3.5Y/3.5M and up (Big Kids, Grade School, Men, and Women) on the platform. Little kids, juniors, infants, children, toddlers, and preschool sizes are not currently supported.

Custom/customizable, Samples, PE or Player Exclusive shoes, and designer brands are NOT supported on our app.
Although designer brands are not supported, designer collaborations with our supported brands are available on the app.
