To help members receive their shoes in the condition they were listed in the app, we’ve created an easy guideline of what photos to upload to be instrumental in a successful trade. Photos should directly match what is listed in the app.

Let’s get started. There are a total of nine photos we recommend taking.

Photo 1: a photo showing the whole left side of the shoe.

Photo 2: a photo showing the whole right side of the shoe.

Photo 3: a photo showing the front of the shoes.

Photo 4: a photo showing the back of the shoes.

Photo 5: a photo showing the top of the shoes, making the laces and insole visible.

Photo 6: a photo showing the bottom of the shoes.

Photo 7: a close-up photo showing the size tag to confirm it matches the size listed.

Photo 8: a photo showing the original packaging and accessories are included.

Photo 9: a picture showing at least 3 sides of the shoe box.

For a satisfactory trade experience, take a proactive approach by using the messaging feature in the app. Communicate with the person you are trading with if you have any questions or concerns about the shoes.

If the member did not provide enough photos of the shoes to your liking, use the messaging feature to ask them to upload more. Please keep in mind that the max amount of photos that can be uploaded is 10.
