The offer has been accepted and you’re one step closer to getting your new kicks!
You now have 72 hours to ship your shoes to our validation center.
First, be sure to use a shipping box with no more than 2-3 inches of space on each side. You may use just enough bubble wrap, packing paper, or peanuts within the box to prevent any movement and to allow your shoes to arrive to us in good condition.
If you are shipping multiple shoes in a trade, please be sure to ship them all in the same box.
Next, be sure to print out the label from your exact trade. Tape it to the shipping box and seal your package with strong packaging tape. The weight set on the labels is based on average single, double, and triple packages. Some packages may slightly exceed the limit but this will not prevent them from shipping. If your package is extremely overweight, please verify that it's not due to factors such as using an oversized box (air adds weight), excessive use of paper/stuffing, or because of miscellaneous items being included within the box.
Lastly, drop your package off at the nearest *UPS store and you're all set!
*Those living in Hawaii and Alaska will be provided with a USPS label and will utilize USPS when shipping.
Do not:
-
- Do not include any miscellaneous items within your package. (Including clothes, money, keychains, bags, books, etc. in your package will cause your trade to be canceled- don't do it).
- Do not use any third-party stores to ship your shoes. (Staples, Walgreens, Office Depot, etc.- trust us, it's better to use UPS directly.)
-
- Do not tape the actual shoe box itself. (This includes taping the label directly on the shoe box....don't do it, make sure it goes on the shipping box!)
-
- Do not pack your shoes using a shipping envelope. (Come on now, you know that provides no protection at all so damages during transit are bound to happen.)
-
- Do not use labels from other trades. (ALWAYS double-check that you are using the correct label, especially if you have multiple trades in progress.)
- Do not send incorrect shoes. (The shoes should directly match what is in the listing otherwise the trade will be canceled regardless if both members agree to continue with the wrong shoes.)
- Do not use labels from other trades. (ALWAYS double-check that you are using the correct label, especially if you have multiple trades in progress.)
