- Help Center Access - You can access our Help Center directly through the app by clicking on the "?" located on your personal profile or by navigating to your account settings and selecting "Get Help." The Help Center is packed with articles to answer many common questions, and if you still need assistance, you can submit a request there.
- Tradeblock Bot - The Tradeblock Bot is available 24/7 in the Help Center, located in the bottom right corner. It’s ready to answer your questions and provide immediate assistance. If the bot can’t resolve your issue, it can help you create a support ticket to ensure you get the help you need.
- Submit a Request - To contact us directly, submit a request through our Help Center. Make sure you use the email address associated with your Tradeblock account. For faster assistance, please include all relevant details, such as your order number and screenshots of the trade, to help us address your concern promptly.
Our support team is available to respond to requests from 8 am to 5 pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Please note that, as of May 1st, 2023, we no longer accept support requests via the support@tradeblock.us email. We encourage you to use our Help Center to find answers or submit your requests.
