Tradeblock Secure is a premium protection plan designed to safeguard your valuable shipments throughout their journey. While we make every effort to facilitate safe and timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances out of our control can sometimes lead to package loss during transit. Tradeblock Secure serves as an additional safety net, giving you peace of mind and the confidence that your package is covered in case of any mishaps.
How much does Tradeblock Secure cost?
If you choose to opt-in to inbound and outbound protection, the total cost of Tradeblock Secure is $5 regardless of the value of your package. If you choose to opt-in to inbound or outbound protection only, then it costs $2.50.
Inbound protection is shipment from you to our authentication center.
Outbound protection is shipment from our authentication center to you.
It is important to note that Tradeblock Secure is non-refundable after your package has been shipped.
How Do I Add Tradeblock Secure to My Order?
Adding Tradeblock Secure to your order is a straightforward process. During the checkout phase, you will be presented with the option to include Tradeblock Secure coverage for your shipment to and/or from our facility. Simply check the box indicating your interest, and the cost of Tradeblock Secure will be added to your total order amount. Once confirmed, your package will be covered under Tradeblock Secure protection in the event your package is lost in transit.
How Do I File a Tradeblock Secure Claim?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, filing a Tradeblock Secure claim is quick and easy. Simply contact our dedicated member support team. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and documentation needed to process your claim promptly. We understand the inconvenience caused by a lost package, and our aim is to make the claims process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Please also note that if your Tradeblock Secure claim is approved, you will be reimbursed for the package lost in transit at the fair market value as determined by Tradeblock in its sole discretion.
What does Tradeblock Secure cover?
Tradeblock Secure covers packages lost in transit only. Although it does not cover damaged packages or those marked as delivered by the carrier, our support team is always here to assist you.

How do I know if I opted into Tradeblock Secure?
You can verify if you opted in for Tradeblock Secure by viewing your Trade Details. From there you can see if you have opted in for the Inbound Shipment and/or Outbound Shipment.
Can I add Tradeblock Secure after an offer has been accepted?
No, once an offer is accepted, the details of the trade, including Tradeblock Secure, cannot be changed.
Can I reroute my package if I used Tradeblock Secure?
No. If you attempt to reroute your package or an address change is made, the Tradeblock Secure protection is voided and the claim will be rejected.
